Privacy Policy
What this site collects when you send an inquiry or upload artwork, how long it is kept, and the choices you have.
Who this policy covers
This policy explains how CUSXO handles personal information when you visit cusxo.com, send an inquiry through the site, or contact us by email or phone. It applies whether you are an ASI distributor, a marketing agency, a corporate buyer, or someone browsing on behalf of one of them.
It does not cover sites we link to, and it does not describe how a partner handles information for its own purposes.
What you give us
cusxo.com is a product showcase with an inquiry system, not an online shop: no cart, no online payment, no fixed pricing, and no order tracking. Nothing on the site creates an order or a contract.
On our inquiry forms, only your email address is required. Name, company, phone number, project description, quantity, budget, needed-by date, reference links, and file uploads are optional, and you may submit a form without selecting a product.
If you email us, call us, or message us on WhatsApp, we receive what you choose to include, such as your contact details and the content of the message.
Files you upload
Files you upload — logos, artwork, photos, sketches, and mock-ups — are stored privately with your inquiry and are not placed in a public media library. Access is limited to the staff who need them to answer your request or deliver a project. Please upload only material you may share with us.
What is collected automatically
Our server and hosting providers process technical request data to serve and secure the site: your IP address, browser and device information, the pages you request, and the time of the request. We use it to keep the site available, to diagnose faults, and to block abuse.
The site reports form submissions and clicks on phone, email, and WhatsApp links as conversion events. If you accept analytics cookies, it also records how visitors move through the pages. Analytics cookies do not run before you accept them.
The inquiry list in your browser
The Inquiry List is a list you build yourself while you browse. It is stored in your own browser, needs no account, and is not sent to us until you submit it with an inquiry. It is not an order or a cart, and it does not reserve stock or pricing. Clearing your browser data removes it.
Cookies and your choices
We use a small number of cookies. A first-party cookie named wb_consent records your cookie choices for 180 days, so the site does not ask again on every visit. Analytics cookies are set only if you accept them. You can change your choices at any time on the cookie policy page, which lists each cookie and how long it stays.
Why we use your information
We use the information you give us to:
- respond to your inquiry and prepare a quote;
- suggest products, materials, decoration methods, and timelines that fit your project;
- keep a record of inquiries and quotes for later conversations;
- measure whether the site works, for example whether a form submission reaches us;
- protect the site against spam, abuse, and attempts to break in;
- meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use inquiry details to advertise to you on other sites.
Our legal bases
If the law where you live requires a legal basis, we rely on these: steps you ask for before a possible contract, and performance of a contract with you; our legitimate interests in running and securing the site, answering inquiries, and improving our service, balanced against your rights; your consent for analytics cookies and any optional communication, which you can withdraw at any time; and compliance with legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We share information only where it is needed:
- server and hosting providers, which process technical request data to serve and secure the site;
- production, decoration, and shipping partners, which receive project information where needed to deliver a project;
- professional advisers and authorities, where we need advice or the law requires it.
Some providers may process information outside the United States and Canada. Where that happens, we take the steps the applicable law requires so the information keeps a comparable level of protection.
How long we keep information
We keep inquiry information, including uploaded files, as long as we need it to answer your request, quote the project, and keep the business records the law requires. Inquiry records are kept for [retention period — to be confirmed], uploaded project files for [retention period — to be confirmed], and server logs for [retention period — to be confirmed]. Cookie choices last 180 days. When a period ends, we delete the information or remove what identifies you from it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- ask what personal information we hold about you and get a copy;
- have incorrect information corrected;
- ask us to delete your information;
- ask us to restrict how we use it;
- receive the information you gave us in a portable format;
- withdraw consent you gave earlier;
- object to processing based on our legitimate interests;
- complain to a supervisory authority in your jurisdiction.
To use a right, email [Contact Email] with what you need. We may ask a question or two to confirm who you are, and we answer within the time the applicable law allows. If we cannot do what you ask, we explain why.
How we protect information
We limit access to inquiry information and uploaded files to the staff who need them, and we keep those files out of the public media library. We also rely on our hosting provider’s controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise that information will never be accessed without authorization.
Children
The site is meant for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Links to other sites
The site links to other websites, including social media and partner pages. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for what they do. Read their policies before you share information with them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our practices or the law change. The current version always sits on this page, and the modification date shown with it tells you when it last changed. If a change affects how we use information you have already given us, we will make that clear on the site.
