Cookie Policy
The cookies this site sets, what each one is for and how long it lasts, and how to change your choice at any time.
What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. They let the site remember what you did — the pages you opened, the choices you made — for a short or a long time. Some are deleted when you close your browser. Others stay until they expire or you remove them.
This policy explains which cookies cusxo.com uses, why, and how you can change your mind. For the personal data we collect when you send an inquiry, see our Privacy Policy.
Your choice and how to change it
A consent banner appears on your first visit to cusxo.com. It asks whether you accept analytics and marketing cookies. You can accept both, accept one, or reject everything. Strictly necessary cookies are always active, because the site cannot work without them.
Your answer is stored in a first-party cookie named wb_consent for 180 days. It records the categories you accepted. If you reject everything, we still store that answer — a “no optional cookies” choice — so the banner does not ask you again on every page.
You can reopen the banner from this page at any time and change your choice. A category you turn off stops loading its scripts from your next page view. You can also delete the wb_consent cookie in your browser; the banner will then ask again.
Strictly necessary cookies
These cookies are needed for the site to run. They keep your consent choice and support core functions. You cannot switch them off through the banner.
WordPress, the system that publishes this site, sets session cookies and login cookies only for signed-in staff. If you are an ordinary visitor and never log in, you do not receive them.
Analytics cookies
Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors use cusxo.com, so we can improve product pages and the inquiry process. They are set only if you accept the analytics category. Before that, analytics scripts do not run.
When analytics is enabled, our analytics provider may record the pages you view, an approximate location, the source that referred you, and your device and browser type. It does not receive the details you type into an inquiry form. Cookie names and lifetimes depend on the provider we have configured; the table below marks the duration as still to be confirmed.
Marketing cookies
Marketing cookies support advertising and remarketing. No advertising or remarketing cookie is set unless you accept the marketing category. We do not currently describe any marketing cookie in detail in this policy. If we add one, we will name it, with its purpose and duration, before use.
The cookies this site uses
| Name | Purpose | Type | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| wb_consent | Stores the categories you accepted or rejected, including rejecting all optional cookies, so the banner does not ask again. | First-party | 180 days |
| WordPress session cookies | Keep a signed-in staff member signed in and protect the sign-in form. Logged-in staff only; ordinary visitors who never log in do not receive them. | First-party | Session |
| Analytics cookies | Measure visits and page use through our analytics provider. Set only after consent. | Third-party, when analytics is enabled | [to be confirmed] |
Other technologies: browser storage
Besides cookies, the inquiry list on this site may keep a small entry in your browser’s local storage. That is how items you add stay in the list when you return in the same browser. The entry remains on your device until you clear it or your browser removes it. It is not sent to us and does not identify you. Clearing site data in your browser deletes it, and the list starts empty again.
How to control cookies in your browser
Every major browser lets you see, block, and delete cookies. Look for its privacy or site data settings, usually under Settings. You can also delete individual cookies for cusxo.com.
Blocking cookies may affect the site. If you block strictly necessary cookies, the consent banner may reappear and some functions may not work. If you block storage entirely, your inquiry list may not be kept between visits.
Blocking optional cookies is harmless: rejecting analytics and marketing does not affect browsing our products or sending an inquiry.
Changes to this policy
We update this policy when the cookies we use change: when we add a tool, remove one, or change how long something is kept. The date with this page shows the last change. If a change affects the choices you made, the banner will ask you again.
