How it works

From brief to delivered goods

Each step ends with something you can check, so the next one starts from a confirmed answer rather than an assumption.

Four steps, in this order. Each one ends with something you can check before the next one starts.

1. Send the brief

Use the request form or write to us about a product, a scenario or an item you need sourced. Email is the only required field. A photo, a link or a sketch is enough to begin.

2. Clarify the brief

We come back with the questions that matter: the occasion, the quantity, the date the items are needed, the artwork status and any requirement the project has to meet. Where something is unknown, we say so and agree how to find out.

3. Choose products and decoration

Product options, materials and decoration methods are discussed together, because the item and the mark have to suit each other. Artwork is reviewed against the method, and where a mark needs simplifying to work, that is raised before quoting rather than after production.

4. Quote, sample and follow-up

A quote follows the confirmed specification. Samples and their terms are agreed per project, since both depend on the product and the decoration. Once a project is in production, updates are handled by email until it is delivered.

What to prepare

  • The occasion and who receives the item
  • An approximate quantity — a range is enough
  • The date you need the items in hand
  • A logo file, or a note that it is coming
  • Any example, photograph or link for the item you have in mind

Next step

Request a quote

Email is the only field the request form asks for.
