Check it before you commit

A sample answers a question a photograph cannot: how the item feels, how the colour reads, and whether the decoration lands the way the artwork promised. Ask for one when the decision depends on any of those.

When a sample makes sense

• The product is a gift, so presentation and finish matter.
• The decoration method is new to you, or the mark is detailed.
• A colour has to be matched against an existing brand item.
• A client needs to approve the item before the order is placed.

What to send with the request

• The product, or the item you want sourced.
• The decoration method you are considering, and the artwork.
• How many items the project will be, since it affects how the sample is produced.
• When you need the sample in hand.

How sample terms are handled

Sample availability, cost and timing depend on the product and the decoration, and are confirmed per project rather than published as a fixed rule. We will tell you the terms before anything is produced.

Ask for a sample through the request form and choose “Sample request” as the request type.
