CUSXO is a B2B promotional product supplier and customization partner. We work with ASI distributors, marketing agencies and corporate buyers across North America, and we take a promotional project from a brief to a decorated, delivered product.

The business is organised in three layers, and the site follows the same order.

1. Products

Drinkware, bags and totes, apparel and headwear, office and stationery, tech accessories, outdoor and lifestyle, gifts and sets, and event items. Each product page carries the SKU, the specifications the business has verified, and the decoration methods confirmed for it.

2. Customization

Decoration is where a generic item becomes a brand item. We document the methods we work with — screen and UV printing, embroidery, laser engraving, debossing, hot stamping — including what each one does well and where its limits are, so the artwork decision is made with the effect in mind rather than after it.

3. Project support

Product selection, artwork review, sample discussion, production coordination and delivery are handled as one project rather than as separate purchases. That is the part customers come back for.

How we work

• Facts before claims. Prices, minimum quantities, lead times, certifications and case studies are published only when the business has verified them for that item. Where something is not verified, the site says so rather than guessing.
• Email first. A request starts with an email address; the rest of the brief can follow.
• One place to look. Products by type, projects by scenario, decoration by method — the same content read three ways.
